Thanks to the feedback we received from consumers like you, the Malaysian Aviation Consumer Protection Code (MACPC) was established in 2016. The MACPC provides air travellers with essential travel rights when flying in and out of Malaysia, including compensation in case of flight delays - one of the most common issues faced by air travellers.

MAVCOM has been working tirelessly to engage with stakeholders and consumers, and as a result, we are planning to further enhance the code very soon. Stay tuned for these exciting changes!
